The servicing of your vehicle is the most important and effective way of ensuring its reliability. We offer all the Mercedes-Benz servicing requirements, from a basic A or B service through to additional options such as transmission fluid and filter, brake fluid replacement for ABS and SBC braking systems, transmitter key battery replacement and any other specific requirements your model may need.

Every service is carried out with a full and comprehensive vehicle inspection (VHC) and any potential issues will be identified at this time.

We have full access to DSB (digital service book) for Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

Using the latest Mercedes-Benz diagnostic equipment we are able to carry out any adaptations your vehicle may require when servicing. Adaptations are required when re-filling the Adblue system from empty, replacing the air filters in a 642 engine (V6 diesel) and many more...

Your Digital Service Record Book

We have full access to Mercedes-Benz DSB (digital service book) so  have the same capability as the dealership to record servicing and assess whichever service options are due on your vehicle.

All servicing parts, fitted and fluids used are genuine Mercedes-Benz parts or certified parts that are approved by Mercedes-Benz to ensure any warranty is always covered where it should be.

We only use the correct oils' for Mercedes Benz engines to ensure the best quality servicing.

All MB genuine parts have a two year warranty, and after market parts have a varying warranty.

Vehicle Diagnostics

We have dealer level Mercedes-Benz diagnostic equipment.
This ensures we can go from fault to fix in the most efficient way possible for your Mercedes. 

Along side the diagnostic scanner, we also have the best quality oscilloscopes and manual testing equipment needed to diagnose faults.

Qualifications and Certification

Alongside 6 years Mercedes-Benz dealership experience from Damon Brooks, and over 35 years of advanced generalist experience from Steve Brooks, we have a wide array of training and qualifications in house. With both Mercedes-Benz official training, completed at the Mercedes-Benz UK headquarters in Milton Keynes and advanced training in modern mechanical and electronics from other training facilities we are confident we can find the route cause of any Mercedes-Benz vehicle fault.

We also have the certification to repair and service high voltage hybrid vehicles.
